摘要: Abstract The ongoing energy system shift—from traditional centralized fossil fuel based to decentralized renewable sources based—requires a strengthened control of matching. Smart buildings represent the latest step in building evolution and perform as active participants cluster/energy infrastructure scale, becoming prosumers. In this framework, IEA EBC Annex 67 introduces concept ‘Energy Flexible Building’, defined able manage its demand generation accordance with local climate conditions, user needs grid requirements. Currently, there is no insight into how much flexibility may offer, study aims overview theoretical approaches existing indicators evaluate Energy Flexibility clusters. focus on cluster scale allows for exploitation variation consumption patterns between different types coordination load shifting improvement use. reviewed can contribute definition Readiness Indicator, introduced European Commission proposal EPBD revision, order test building’s technological readiness adapt occupants environment, well operate more efficiently.
