摘要: Abstract The reuse of polymer flooding produced water (PFPW) generated in oil and gas industry is limited by its salt content, making desalination electrodialysis a promising treatment option. Therefore, this study aimed to 1) assess the technical feasibility employing desalinate PFPW assorted scenarios, 2) evaluate electrodialysis-desalted confect polymer-flooding solution. experimental work involved desalting two kinds synthetic solutions, one with relatively low salinity (TDS = 5000 mg/L, brackish PFPW), another high (TDS = 32,000 mg/L, sea at different temperatures, later reusing desalted solution prepare viscous solutions. For runs, effects feed composition temperature on transport, energy consumption current efficiency were analyzed. It was found that presence did not significantly influence transport rate or specific for seawater cases, but had measurable effect when 20 °C. also some remained stack, loss occurring faster PFPW. Still, both reused probed adequate be employed as basis preparing n
