摘要: This paper investigates the influence of pulsed magnetic fields (PMFs) on amplitude evoked, compound action potential (CAP) recorded from segments sciatic nerve in vitro. PMFs were applied for 30 min at frequency 0.16 Hz and intensity 15 mT. In confirmation our previous reports, PMF exposure enhanced CAPs. The effect persisted beyond activation period. As expected, CAP was attenuated by antagonists sodium channel, lidocaine, tetrodotoxin. Depression channels reversed subsequent to PMFs. elevated potassium concentration veratridine modified as well. Neither inhibitors protein kinase C A, nor known free radicals scavengers had any effects action. Possible mechanisms are discussed.
