摘要: Primary pulmonary amyloidosis is a relatively rare condition, characterized by amyloid deposition in the lungs and other associated structures. We report case of primary nodular parenchymal 44-year-old male. The patient was referred to our hospital for further evaluation multiple lobulated nodules both lungs. As lung were suspected be metastatic, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) conducted, which revealed that had mild uptake 18F-FCG. Amyloidosis confirmed conducting percutaneous CT-guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy left nodule. A literature review previous studies on from Medline (1970-October 2011) Embase (1989-October also included. Despite its rarity, with pattern forms part differential diagnosis metastases high 18F-FDG PET/CT.
