摘要: AIM OF THE STUDY Establishment of Ki67, p53 and CD34 expression in human tooth buds different stages odontogenetic development. MATERIALS AND METHODS Tissue samples containing were removed from the incisor areas fetuses development (weeks 9-10, 12-13, 13-16, 21-24), canine molar 21-24 weeks fetuses. The tissue fragments fixed using formalin processed common histological techniques with paraffin embedding. Immunostaining for has been performed dextran method moist heat antigen retrieval (except CD34). resulting slides photographed quantitatively evaluated. RESULTS Ki67 immunoexpression decreases advancement developmental stage bud: inner enamel epithelium, between 9 16 (IEE), preameloblasts (PB) 13 16, ameloblasts (AB) 21 24; outer epithelium (OEE); stratum intermedium (SI); dental papilla: 10 papilla (DP), layer (DP1) central (DP2). Likewise, we noted odontoblast (O) pulp (P), 24. Concerning expression, observed a decrease 9-10 until followed by an increase intrauterine life. From constant during 21-24. CONCLUSIONS All have identified bud. gradually embryonic tooth, while to 13-16 life,
