摘要: Primordial odontogenic tumor (POT) is a benign mixed epithelial and mesenchymal included into the current World Health Organization (WHO) classification of Head Neck tumours in 2017. As far as authors have confirmed, only eight cases this been reported so far. This paper reports case POT that occurred right mandible 5-year-old patient. Panoramic radiograph showed well-defined homogeneous radiolucency displacing unerupted second deciduous molar to deep part mandible. Histopathologically, was composed cell-rich tissue with myxoid areas, surrounded by columnar epithelium non-keratinized cuboidal outer layers. The histopathological diagnosis POT. expression patterns cytokeratins (CK) 14, 18, 19, vimentin CD34 suggested grade differentiation approximately equivalent normal primary tooth germ tissues cap stage late bell stage.
