摘要: A primordial odontogenic tumor (POT) is a rare, benign, mixed epithelial and mesenchymal that has been included as new entity in the latest World Health Organization (WHO) classification (2017). POT consists of dental papilla-like myxoid connective tissue covered with delicate membrane ameloblastic epithelium. Only 15 cases have documented worldwide, here, we report sixteenth case first one South Korea. An asymptomatic lesion was discovered an incidental radiographic finding 10-year-old boy. The patient had no complaints about lesion. Cone-beam computerized tomograms revealed round cavity defined cortical border measuring approximately 5 × 5 × 5 mm size. POT. treated enucleation. showed recurrence for year. This Korea using novel diagnosis after it recognized WHO classification. will be useful pathologists clinicians diagnosing differentiating this rare disease from other tumors.
