摘要: Urban heat island is a phenomenon caused by increased urban activities and transformations in the natural environment. Increased population increase height of buildings, particularly metropolitan areas, have led to vast changes geometry, amount released heat, pollution rate, meteorological parameters. All these factors contribute occurrence areas. Sky View Factor (SVF) one main related pollution, temperature variations, island, other environmental Housing density policies stipulated Tehran's detailed plan would possibly several impacts on sky view factor. The SVF axis Envi-met software uses various parameters such as topography, wind velocity, morphology simulate measure This study aims evaluate future high rise developments, Narmak neighborhood Tehran, through modeling For this purpose, data Haft Hoz square located were obtained, simulated analyzed using SVF. Results indicate that business usual scenario factor's value be range between 0.19 0.77. Whereas, implementing proposed factor will decrease fall 0.08 0.69. reduction intensity area. emphasizes necessity taking compensatory policy measures incorporating considerations development plans.
