摘要: Bacillus spp. have a wide range of activities in the biocontrol potential against various phytopathogens. This study focuses on two species belonging to same genera, as subtilis (SSR2I) and flexus (AIKDL) contrasting activity under vivo vitro conditions. In this study, medicinal plants-associated bacteria showing antagonistic wilt-causing pathogens were selected identified B. based 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Crude extracts these showed that chloroform AIKDL, ethyl acetate extraction SSR2I effective inhibition both well-diffusion method. PCR-based detection antimicrobial peptide genes revealed presence five none flexus. On basis analysis, isolate reduced disease incidence enhanced efficiency Ralstonia solanacearum Fusarium oxysporum compared with AIKDL control plants. Further, isolates also induced systemic resistance (ISR) control. However, ISR F. oxysporum-treated plants, but not R. solanacearum-treated The results indicated even though had strong conditions, their differed condition. overall performance, could be formulated agents tested study.
