摘要: The antimicrobial activity of plant extract Peganum harmala, a medicinal has been studied already. However, knowledge about bacterial diversity associated with different parts host antagonistic to human pathogenic bacteria is limited. In this study, were isolated from root, leaf and fruit plant. Among 188 isolates the only 24 found be active against i.e. Escherichia coli, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Enterococcus faecium, faecalis Pseudomonas aeruginosa. These identified on basis 16S rRNA gene analysis. Total population was high in following fruit. Antagonistic also more abundant root as compared Two (EA5 EA18) exhibited most targeted mentioned above. Some showed strong inhibition for one bacterium while weak or no others. Most MRSA, E. P. aeruginosa, coli faecalis. Taken together, our results show that plants are good source having inhibitory effect clinical pathogens.
