摘要: Abstract Several techniques to improve the limit of detection (LOD) analytical systems for electrochemiluminescent (ECL) reactions are presented. This work focuses on ECL measurement based photodiodes and it, which were implemented tested in a portable instrument. Three different topologies compared. One system consisted photomultiplier (PMT) with photocounting device commercial potentiostat. The other two used an ad hoc potentiostat photodiode conditioning electronics: one Field Programmable Analog Arrays (FPAA) using conventional analog electronics programmable gain amplifier (PGA). three triethylamine (TEA) as analyte tris(2,2′bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) transduction chemistry. achieved PGA was 0.02 mg l −1 , nine times lower than FPAA 45 (PMT).
