摘要: Organisations that manage information systems development projects need to be able quickly adapt and adjust project requirements. Agile methodologies (SDM) are a family of allow organisations changing They have been linked decreased time higher employee customer satisfaction. However, there challenges with the adoption acceptance agile SDM in well-established organisations. Traditional decision-making process often conflict principles management practices needed support SDM.Therefore, purpose this study was explore usage by individuals working within South Africa. To achieve this, cross sectional survey conducted at two large firms banking financial industry. The underpinned Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT).A sample 143 observations collected. data tested using Partial Least Squares path modelling techniques. findings show Facilitating Conditions Behavioural Intention predictors Usage sector. Performance Expectancy, Social Influence Effort Expectancy were not found significant effects on Intention. Therefore, seeking use ensure they provide structures facilitating conditions for their employees.
