摘要: HRD professionals struggle with why a higher percentage of skills and knowledge acquired through training fail to transfer the work environment appears diminish over time (Cromwell & Kolb, 2002). With increased investment in technology professional development, it is imperative enhance learners’ process particularly concerning their environment. This study identified critical factors supporting or impeding for participants an online development program.
