Partnerships for training transfer: Lessons from a corporate study

摘要: This study explores the impact of two management interventions, a pre-training expectations discussion and an after-training follow-up discussion, on transfer skills from training programs to work situation. Ninety-one trainees in five skill development courses Fortune 200 company Michigan participated this study. For each course, were randomly assigned groups: (1) those whose managers provided specified pre- postsession interventions (2) did not provide them. Comparisons made see which group reported more instances selected transfer-related factors. The results showed significantly higher usage positive perception regarding forces that encourage within environment among who received support interventions.
