摘要: Abstract This article describes an evaluative study focused on the transfer of trained knowledge and skills back to practice setting. A model was developed based factors identified in literature. Survey methodology used obtain data from training participants at completion again six months later. They assessed attainment learning outcome its other components. The regression that resulted accounted for 52% variance participants' perceptions their learning. Training having opportunity perform new tasks job, support peers using familiarity with content prior were variables model. Recommendations evaluation efforts are also presented.
