摘要: Abstract Nanocomposite films formed by Cu nanocrystals (NCs) embedded in an amorphous Al2O3 host have been produced pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The role of the fluence and pressure Ar buffer gas, 10−6–10−1 Torr range, on both structural non-linear optical properties nanocomposite studied. analysis suggests that nucleation growth NCs occurs at substrate, even if takes place a low Ar. response is enhanced increasing either density or anisotropy NCs.
