摘要: In this paper, the authors hypothesize that oxygen generated at positive electrode causes active material to soften and shed. They believe mechanism is also responsible for conductivity changes in material. suggest occur inside plate those locations where potentials are highest. base our analysis on agglomerate of spheres (AOS) model which, a previous was used quantitatively explain large increase battery life resulting from small amount mechanical pressure applied electrode. This investigation what made them suspect high associated with neck regions evolve necks deteriorate.
