摘要: Sorption to natural aquatic particles plays an important role in the bioavailability and fate of micropollutants. The characteristics sorption were investigated for hydrophobic organic compounds (HOCs) heavy metals using a wide variety particles. Special attention was paid (bio)sorption phytoplankton detritus. extent can be quantified by distribution- ( K d ) or partitioncoefficient p ). It shown this study that such coefficients systems are variable space time because:1. At more less constant environmental conditions values trace depend on content iron(hydr)oxides, manganese(hydr)oxides matter Lake Volkerak/Zoom varies considerably space, cadmium differ up factor 30 (field data) 300 (laboratory). For mineralizing planktonic laboratory, increases 10 - 20 (lead) observed under similar those Volkerak/Zoom.2. When HOCs calculated with respect aqueous phase which contains matter, apparent depends carbon fraction particle water ratio. Further, composition. 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene laboratory varied from lake Volkerak/Zoom. Organic suspended solids showed strong seasonal variation. Normalization removes only part Comparison normalised HOC concentrations settling simultaneously sampled difference 2 6. Under controlled conditions, significant oc differences between fresh cells, detritus sediments found.3. Hydrophobic may not at equilibrium many systems. This is caused retarded adsorption desorption, combined action bioaccumulation algal growth.
