摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to highlight the underlying values Islamic work ethic (IWE) that distinguish it from other ethical perspectives such as Protestant (PWE), Hindu (HWE) and/or Buddhist (BWE). Design/methodology/approach The present study utilized critical review approach answer research questions. In regard, guidance was sought Holy Quran and Sunnah understand ordainments pertaining IWE. Moreover, articles related different systems are exhaustively reviewed. Findings Based on literature systems, highlights five specific distinguishing behavior: emphasis halal haram, purity intention, seeking employment, nature employer–employee relationship dealing with sexual harassment.
