摘要: Abstract In this work, we examine the microstructural and hydrogen storage properties of 60 multilayer Mg/Pd Ti/Mg/Ti/Pd films using an ultra-high-vacuum (UHV) DC magnetron sputtering system. The absorption capacity film was found to be 1.7, 3.5, 4.7 wt% at 50, 100, 150 °C, respectively, while that measured significantly lower values, 0.18, 0.65, 1.35 wt%. for is greatly dependent upon formation Mg–Pd intermetallic phases, formed during hydrogenation process. Our results demonstrate Ti interlayers in play a crucial role preventing which originate from inter-diffusion Mg Pd atoms hydrogenation, thus result improved capacity.
