摘要: BACKGROUND Febrile seizures are associated with the first dose of measles-containing vaccines and risk increases chronologic age during second year life. We used Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) to determine if relative increase in following receipt vaccine differs by gestational at birth. METHODS Children were eligible they received their 12 through 23 months from January 2003 September 2015. excluded had a history seizure or conditions strongly related prior 12 months age. Seizures identified diagnostic codes inpatient emergency department settings. Using risk-interval analysis, we estimated incidence rate ratio (IRR) for 7 10 days (risk period) vs 15 42 days (control children born preterm (<37 weeks gestation age) those full-term (≥37 weeks). RESULTS There 532,375 (45,343 487,032 full-term) who 23 months. The IRRs febrile compared after 3.9 (95% CI: 2.5-6.0) 3.2 (2.7-3.7) children; IRRs: was 1.2 (0.76-1.9), p = 0.41. also similar across groups, type (measles-mumps-rubella [MMR] measles-mumps-rubella-varicella [MMRV]) vaccination (12-15 16-23 months). CONCLUSION Vaccination life is as full-term.
