摘要: Differentiation of T cells from stem to mature, functional subsets is discussed. Arguments concerning the level maturation achieved by pre-T and absolute necessity intrathymic processing are evaluated. Emphasis placed on crucial role thymus in cell differentiation, recently acquired information about heterogeneous thymic stromal types should provide a sound basis for further work events. The use phenotypic markers studies analyze lineage relationships discussed context some conflicting data available.
