摘要: ABSTRACT A novel compound of the formula: wherein R2 is halogen or trifluoromethyl;wherein R3 -COR4, -CHOHR4, -C(CH3)OHR4, -CH2R4 -CH=CHR4;wherein R4 alkyl 13 to 25 carbon atoms, inclusive;or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds are useful as intermediates in prepara-tion corresponding which themselves for preventing retarding degradation elastin other proteins and therefore dis-ease states relating thereto.
