摘要: Spontaneous non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remains a significant cause of mortality and morbidity throughout the world. To improve devastating course ICH, various clinical trials for medical surgical interventions have been conducted in last 10 years. Recent large-scale reported that early intensive blood pressure reduction can be safe feasible strategy suggested target range systolic pressure. While new therapies associated with warfarin non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants developed to treat recent not able demonstrate overall beneficial effects intervention on functional outcomes. However, some patients ICH may benefit from management specific contexts and/or at times. Furthermore, minimally invasive evacuation methods are ongoing provide positive evidence. Upon understanding current guidelines clinicians administer appropriate treatment attempt outcome ICH. The purpose this review is help decision-making
