摘要: A fuel cell is disclosed in which the cathode a gaseous diffusion electrode operating with an acid electrolyte and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) alone or oxygen. The half reaction produces nitric oxide (NO) water NO2 externally regenerated by of NO oxygen to produce for reuse cell. When both are used, oxidation formed back occurs within itself so it possible get more than 100% utilization
