摘要: The effect of starting Al2O3 raw materials on the synthesis AIN powder by carbothermal reduction was investigated. reactivity ofγ-Al2O3 among other materials, is excellent, at 1500° C. skeleton powders remains in particle shape. thermal conductivity for hot-pressed severely affected oxygen content powder.
