摘要: Slow-moving landslides yearly induce huge economic losses worldwide in terms of damage to facilities and interruption human activities. Within the landslide risk management framework, consequence analysis is a key step entailing procedures mainly based on identifying quantifying exposed elements, defining an intensity criterion assessing expected losses. This paper presents two-scale (medium large) procedure for vulnerability assessment buildings located areas affected by slow-moving landslides. Their derives from Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) satellite data analysis, which last decade proved be capable providing cost-effective long-term displacement archives. The analyses carried out two study southern Italy (one per each addressed scales) lead generation, as absolute novelty, both empirical fragility curves landslide-affected areas. These curves, once further validated, can valuably used tools forecasting purposes and, more general, planning most suitable mitigation strategies.
