摘要: PROBLEM Vaccination is the best protection against rubella and congenital infection. Although a high rate of immunization coverage achieved in Taiwan, it unknown if vaccine-induced immunity persists from age vaccination to childbearing age. METHODS OF STUDY A total 5,988 prenatal IgG test results young pregnant women aged 19-23 years old six hospitals during January 2001 December 2008 2013 2017 were analyzed. We compared seropositivity rates titers these who vaccinated with MMR vaccine four different cohorts. RESULTS The overall was 87.4% (95% CI: 86.6%-88.3%), mean level 39 IU/mL among 19-23 years. Women elementary cohort had highest positivity 90.8% 89.6%-91.9%), levels gradually decrease 84.6% 82.4%-86.7%) 15-month plus cohort. average only 25 IU/mL for cohorts immunized at younger exhibited significantly lower chances being seropositive relative older after adjusting other factors (all P < .01). CONCLUSION low 19-23 years, especially As wanes over time, third dose may be protective strategy conceive later life.
