摘要: Activation of the inflammasome, a protein complex responsible for many cellular functions, including activation proinflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18, has been identified as key participant in rheumatic diseases autoimmune, inflammatory, autoinflammatory syndromes. This review will discuss recent advances understanding role this various diseases. Furthermore, it focus on available therapies, which directly indirectly target inflammasome its downstream to quiet inflammation possibly dampen autoimmune processes.
