摘要: Abstract Objective Development of new custom-made devices to reconstruct alveolar bone for implantation, and comparison with conventional methods were the goals this study. Materials Using a computer-aided design technique, three-dimensional images constructed. From these data, produced by selective laser melting method pure titanium. Clinical trials also have been conducted 26 participants who needed reconstruction before implantation; they divided into 2 groups 13 patients each. The first group uses devices; other commercial titanium meshes that need bend during operation. Some clinical aspects are evaluated after trial. Results can be closely following data precisely. Devices fit defect site. Moreover, operation time (75.4 ± 11.6 min) was significantly shorter than (111.9 ± 17.8 min) ( p  = 0.27), in patient without severe infection (7.7%), 3 (23.1%), respectively. retaining screw is fewer mesh Conclusion These results indicate our novel protocol could simple safe providing powerful support guided regeneration.
