摘要: Abstract Supported lipid membranes were self-assembled on the tip of a freshly cleaved silver wire, in presence an appropriate polarization voltage, to facilitate, during membrane formation, organization lipids into ordered structure. Radiowave impedance spectroscopy measurements have been carried out provide information relaxation properties system. We measured conductometric and dielectric bilayers built up different [dipalmitoylphosphatidic acid (DPPA), 1,2-dipalmitoyl- sn -glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC), linoleic (LIN)] wide frequency range (from 10 3 6 Hz) electrolyte solutions ionic strengths, uni–univalent (KCl) di–univalent (CaCl 2 , MgCl ZnCl ) electrolytes. This made it possible measure influence cations compositions properties. In particular, we found capacitive behaviour supported bilayer (s-BLM) structure counterions solution. peculiarity offers opportunity for preparation variety biosensors with diverse applications biophysics, biochemistry biotechnology.
