摘要: The electrical properties of the supported lipid bilayer membrane (s-BLM) egg phosphatidylcholine (PC) self-assembled on agar surface were examined. To characterize insulating s-BLMs, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used. analysis spectra in terms an equivalent circuit agar/electrolyte and agar/s-BLM/electrolyte frequency range 0.1 Hz-10 kHz performed. high-density lipoproteins (HDL)/s-BLM interaction concentration from 20 microg/ml to 80 HDL investigated. It is evident that treatment s-BLM with resulted increase film resistance a decrease capacitance.
