摘要: A fermentation medium comprises: NaCl (3-12 g/L), glucose (10-25 extract yeast (5-15 peptone (2-15 K2HPO4-H2O (1/3) (2-5 uridine (7-25 mmol/L), inosine (15-30 mmol/L) and double distilled water. method based on the streaking, inoculating culturing lactobacillus brevis for 12-48 h, preserving at 4 DEG C a standby application; taking dissolving certain amount of in water, adjusting pH 6.0-8.0, disinfecting 121 15-20 min, obtaining an activating solution containing 1-10% by mass yeast; picking brevis, to solution, 30-40 4-12 activated thalluses; thalluses with inoculation volume volume; fermenting h temperature shaking-table rotating speed 90-180 r/min, liquor; centrifuging liquor 10-30 min 3000-5000 centrifuge tube deposition which is fermented whole-cell wet thallus, thallus as phosphorylase source carry out nucleosides fermentation.
