摘要: Microbial starter cultures. More specifically, a method for preparing microbial culture wherein the microorganism is inoculated in medium comprising at least one 5 yield enhancing agent selected from group consisting of purine base, pyrimidine nucleoside and nucleotide. Such cultures are useful manufacturing food, feed pharmaceutical products.
