摘要: Toxoplasma gondii infects almost all warm-blooded animals and negatively affects the health of a wide range these animals, including humans. Protein phosphatase 2C (PP2C) is T. protein secreted by rhoptry organelles during host cell invasion. However, very little known about whether this can induce protective immunity against gondii. In study, bioinformatics analysis PP2C revealed some useful information in context anti-toxoplasmosis treatments vaccine research. addition, gene was amplified, eukaryotic expression vector (pEGFP-PP2C) successfully constructed to express PP2C. Finally, pEGFP-PP2C injected into mice evaluate it could immunoprotection. Compared with control groups, we found that immunizations plasmid elicit specific IgG antibodies cytokines infection. The survival immunized significantly prolonged compared group mice. Based on ability immune responses gondii, propose merits consideration as potential candidate toxoplasmosis.
