摘要: Abstract The influence of Sr2+ on fluoride uptake from monofluorophosphate (MFP) solutions by hydroxyapatite (HAp) has been investigated using adsorption measurements and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XPS analysis Sr2+/MFP treated HAp powders indicates that a stoichiometric Sr2+/Ca2+ cation exchange occurs the surface. Complete surface Ca2+ at concentrations >0.02 mol dm−3 forming Sr layer. Fluoride reveal an increase in with increasing concentration treatment solution. data also show fluorapatite (FAp) formation increases linear correlation exists between FAp Sr2+. further suggest MFP-like particles or precipitates
