摘要: Abstract Fluoridated hydroxyapatite (FHA)/zirconia (ZrO2) nano-composite coatings were codeposited by a modified electrocodeposition technique on titanium. This coating was fabricated adding NaF, nano-scaled ZrO2 particles and 6% H2O2 into the electrolyte using gentle ultrasonication. The microstructure, phase composition, dissolution rate, bonding strength in vitro cellular responses of composite investigated. results show that FHA are relatively well distributed coatings, addition F− reduces crystallite size increases crystallinity (HA). approximately 5 µm thick is uniform dense owing to effects In addition, compared pure HA FHA/ZrO2 higher strength, lower rate comparable bioactivity.
