摘要: In the TL glow curve of LiF TLD-100, peak IV appears as a shoulder to V. There are few data available on trapping parameters for this in literature. The relative intensities two peaks were reversed by annealing sample at 423K 23 h before irradiation. Trapping determined such using four different methods: (i) isothermal decay, (ii) initial rise, (iii) area, and (iv) shape. order kinetics value (b) was found be between 1.4 1.5 both from decay area methods, indicating retrapping charges during emission.
