摘要: Abstract The formulation of ternary solid dispersions ketoprofen with Macrogol and kollagen hydrolizate derivative as carriers was elaborated on the basis results experiments in which different methods dispersion preparation (melting, solvent method, cooling), concentrations drug/carriers molecular weight were tested. best consisted of: ketoprofen–Macrogol 6000-KLH T (1+8.9+0.1) chosen to formulate pellets pharmaceutical availability from physical chemical studies: thermomicroscopic, DSC X-ray diffraction. prepared by extrusion spheronization method. mechanical properties well released containing dispersion, comparison mixtures drug alone, evaluated. increase amount 3.8-times greater than alone. stability satisfactory.
