摘要: Results: Among the 237 study subjects, 213 had received three doses of vaccine, 17 two and seven one dose. The geometric mean titres anti-HBs antibodies were 201.7, 31.9 23.1 mIU/ml among those who three, dose respectively. vaccination, 85.9 per cent antibody levels 10 or more, indicating seroprotection. difference in seroprotection rates vaccination (85.9%) less than (58.3%) was significant. Seroprotection month after first, second third 49.1, 86.9 96.7 cent, It then declined to 89 by end year 85.5 year, but there no decline thereafter. Interpretation & conclusions: rate reached at maximum HBV vaccine. Although about 15 vaccinated persons lost further loss observed between fifth year.
