摘要: Abstract Introduction The purpose of the present study was immunohistochemical fibronectin (FN) and tenascin (TN) in human tooth pulp capped with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) novel endodontic cement (NEC) (calcium enriched mixture cement) after 2 8 weeks. Methods Thirty-two premolar teeth that were scheduled for extraction orthodontic reasons exposed either MTA or NEC. randomly divided into 4 groups: group 1 (NEC weeks), 3 (MTA weeks). After capping pulps NEC (groups 2) 4), half specimens underwent prepared histologic evaluation FN TN weeks, remaining assessed expression scored by a blinded pathologist on scale I–IV, results analyzed Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney U statistical tests. Results staining observed all experimental groups, there no significant difference between any groups. dentinal bridge matrix weeks under MTA. Expression both markers reduced significantly MTA, only unmineralized parts bridge. NEC, compared pattern groups higher than time intervals. However, not significant. Conclusions demonstrated are suitable biomaterials direct able to stimulate formation. Moreover, role as major components reparative observed.
