摘要: Characterization and magnetic properties of Fe-Co ultrafine particles were investigated systematically by means X-ray diffraction, Mossbauer spectroscopy, photoelectron transmission electron microscopy, energy disperse spectroscopy analysis, chemical oxygen determination magnetization measurement. In comparison with bulk iron-cobalt alloys, the corresponding have significant difference in phase structure properties, depending on condition evaporating subsequent quenching. The mechanism for formation as well origin ferromagnetism paramagnetism (or superparamagnetism) discussed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
