摘要: Giardia parasite is prevalent endemically in Taif city. Infection more children under 5 years old and elderly people. The sickness intense immune- compromised disease usually diagnosed by stool examination the microscope, for identification of both trophozoite cyst stages. Usually overlooked during analyses due to minute size scarcity infection sometimes. Hence molecular characterization or diagnosis used as an alternative method infection. Molecular based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This technique regarded a highly sensitive accurate diagnosis. prevalence duodenalis was 15% samples collected from different hospital Taif. By means RAPD technique, most G. isolates were genetically similar, forming two main groups, with about 60% similarity one another.
