摘要: Objective To compare colposcopic findings to cytologic and histological diagnoses in women with reports of ANTZ and/or HPV infection. Methods Among 791 hospitalized referred for examination, colposcopy showed grade 0-2 infection 271 patients (34.26%). Only 153 were fully investigated by colposcopy, cytology (under observation) histology (target punch biopsy: 109 patients; surgical specimens hysterectomy: 42 conization: 2 patients). Cytological reported according the Bethesda System. Results 132/153 Pap smears estimable sampling adequacy; 44/63 resulted as normal histologically positive LSIL [1]. Five LSIL-positive tests negative on (false false rate 33.33% 3.78%). The pap test was diagnostic intraepithelial neoplasia 34/65 cases (53.3%) invasive cancer 6/11 (54.5%). In 67/132 (50.8%) adequate-for-sampling could not predict exact diagnosis. On other hand, 108/141 evidence ANTZ/cancer SIL or neoplasm (76.59%): 1 associated HSIL 74.1% 2.4%; LSIL, 41%, 30.76% 10.3%. Colposcopic suspicion 8 demonstrated 7 (87.5%); diagnosis confirmed 10/12 (83.4%). Conclusion A better correspondance shown between than SIL. We suggest a routine investigation all admitted gynecological clinic we believe it is very important take under observation if cervical are performed same sitting.
