摘要: Abstract A novel, selective, rapid and simple electrochemical method is developed for the determination of atropine sulfate. UV–Vis differential pulse voltammetry are used to study interaction sulfate with salmon sperm ds-DNA on surface modified-pencil graphite electrode (PGE). For this purpose, a pencil (PGE) modified multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs), poly-dialyldimethylammonium chloride (PDDA) decorated tested The oxidation peak current adenine guanine bonded ds-DNA/PDDA–TiO NPs–MWCNTs/PGE obtain analytical signal.
