摘要: Abstract A novel, selective, rapid and simple electrochemical method is developed for the determination of atropine sulfate. UV–Vis differential pulse voltammetry are used to study interaction sulfate with salmon sperm ds-DNA on surface modified-pencil graphite electrode (PGE). For this purpose, a pencil (PGE) modified multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs), poly-dialyldimethylammonium chloride (PDDA) decorated tested The oxidation peak current adenine guanine bonded ds-DNA/PDDA–TiO NPs–MWCNTs/PGE obtain analytical signal. Decreases in intensities signals after their as indicator sensitive Using based signal, linear calibration curves were obtained range 0.6 30.0 μmol L −1 30.0 600.0 μmol L low detection limits 30.0 nmol L . biosensor shows good selectivity Finally, applicability evaluated by measuring real samples accuracy.
