摘要: Isolates ofPhytophthora megasperma f. sp.medicaginis resistant to the systemic fungicide metalaxyl were obtained by mycelial adaptation and mass selection from zoospores either untreated or treated with UV irradiation chemical mutagenN-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine. In an assay one-week-old lucerne seedlings all of 19 spontaneously isolates showed a relatively low degree resistance less virulent than original isolate. Only one these in vivo this test. From 176 highly after mutagenic treatment, 81 as orginal isolate 33 latter displayed considerable vivo.
