摘要: Thirty cases of hemispheric astrocytic tumors childhood, consisting 11 pilocytic astrocytomas, 2 fibrillary 9 anaplastic and 8 glioblastomas, were studied for the presence p53 mutations immunohistochemical demonstrations proliferation markers PCNA Ki-67 MIB-1. The study was performed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-assisted single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis exons 5-8 direct sequence PCR products. For immunohistochemistry, DO1 PAb 1801 used. No mutation no positivity protein found in astrocytomas. Mutations (at codons 144, 202, 245) out glioblastomas 1 whereas positive staining 17 malignant gliomas. Cases with showed highest labeling index also MIB-1 indices. negative results astrocytomas are line benign course these tumors, gliomas difference seems to exist comparison adult cases.
