摘要: By 1975, some 360 flavone and flavonol glycosides were known to occur in the plant kingdom (Harborne Williams, 1975). In following five years, this number doubled so that 720 structures listed our first supplement 1982). The pace of discovery during 1981–1985 has not slowed down we now list at end book nearly a thousand substances. This is conservative estimate sense partly characterized glycosides, which probably differ mode linkage or type sugar configuration from those reported here, have been described but are included lists. It be regretted investigators still do characterize their with necessary rigour establish unambiguously. As before, term ‘glycoside’ used its widest include here flavones flavonols acylated sulphated as well glycosylated.
