摘要: Abstract Vitamin D production is critical not only for rickets prevention but its role in several chronic diseases of adulthood. Maternal vitamin status also has consequences the developing fetus. This study assessed prevalence deficiency (serum 25-hydroxyvitamin [25(OH)D]  Blood was drawn March and April, 2009 from 420 Mongolian women, 18–44 years age. Serum 25(OH)D concentrations were measured, anthropometric measurements performed information collected by interview on lifestyle, dietary reproductive factors. Logarithm-transformed levels compared across risk factor categories analysis variance. Linear regression used to assess independent associations factors with status. Cutaneous D3 synthesis between December July using a standard 7-dehydrocholesterol ampoule model. The vast majority women 415 (98.8%) had serum 25(OH)D  30 ng/ml or 75 nmol/l). positively independently associated educational use supplements, other demographic, reproductive, this population, as there little access foods containing Mongolia. No previtamin observed until maximally effective April sustained through July. These data suggest that spring among age Mongolia high. Given lack naturally D-rich food diet limited fortification and/or supplementation should be considered these women.
