摘要: Biological thiols play a key role in biological processes and are involved variety of diseases. The discriminative detection is still challenging. In this contribution, platform, an energy transfer-based quenching system composed nitrogen sulphur co-doped carbon dots (N, S-CDs) gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), was established to discriminate glutathione (GSH) from other competitive biothiols including cysteine (Cys) homocysteine (Hcy) based on photoluminescence (PL) “switch-on” signal readout. presence GSH can encapsulate AuNPs priority because the strong affinity towards steric hindrance effect GSH, leaving little chance for N, S-CDs binding surface thus resulting PL recovery S-CDs. Compared with nitrogen-doped (N-CDs), enhance 10 times sensitivity designed sensing strategy. proposed method has limit 3.6 nM be successfully applied human serum.
